Amenities and features include gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD, stereo with CD, ceiling fans, internet, screened porch, and central AC/heat.

This upscale condo offers granite counters, hardwood floors and tile. Shared outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower and fish cleaning station.

No Pets. No Smoking. Maximum 4 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.

A complimentary 40' deep water boat slip (with water, electric and cable) is provided at no additional charge. Unit D102 includes Slip #9.
